The precision electric lifting platform is specially designed to solve the situation of high precision and high reuse frequency. The main material of this series of products is hard aluminum alloy, and the surface is black anodized, with good wear resistance and beautiful appearance. The linear slider (or cross roller) guide rail is adopted with high strength, strong load capacity and good durability. Troubleshooting policy of electric lifting platform
1. If the motor and mechanism are hit by external force, please check whether the smoothness of the screw will affect the operation of the sliding table.
2. Do not arbitrarily adjust the left and right limit positions and the original position to avoid impact and affect the warranty.
3. The cable and socket of limit switch shall be firm to prevent loosening.
4. Do not loosen the coupling and transmission structure at will to avoid affecting the accuracy and warranty.
5. In case of any abnormal noise and vibration during the operation of the machine, please cut off the power before checking.
