This motorized XY Stage is composed of two PT-GD140G series linear stages with various travel specifications.
This motorized XY Stage, driven by precision ball screw, has good repeatability and alignment accuracy, small axial clearance and long service life. Features Of Precision Ball Screw Drive Motorized XY Stage:
1. Driven by precision ball screw, it has good repeatability and alignment accuracy, small axial clearance and long service life.
2. The precise grinding of the bottom plate of the electric moving table and the reasonable fixing way of the guide rail greatly reduce the pitch and deflection of the electric moving table, and greatly improve the straightness and parallelism of the movement.
3. The guide rail adopts precise linear slider guide rail (square, connected with the bottom plate as a whole), which is comfortable in movement and large in load, and is suitable for single-axle heavy load or multi-axis combination.
4. The servo motor can be replaced, and the grating ruler is used for closed-loop control to realize high-speed and heavy-load.
